Winter Course #3, Mountain Lakes, North Salem, NY. Red Course by K. I bet if I had to run a few courses and guess which of them were made by K, I would guess correctly most of the time.

It was a fun course, I made a mistake at control 7 when leaving to 8. For whatever reason I couldn't understand why nothing around me makes sense. I later realized that I was looking at control 4, which was not too far, and not 7. I met Coach Balter before running the course and he advised me not to do 14-16 controls because there was a steep climb. Of course I didn't listen and did them anyway. But then regretted that, because these controls were hanged so high that I could see them from far away. So there was no challenge fiding them, challenge was to climb rocks and try to not break a neck. Anyway, I had a good time, I wish we had more courses like that were people can run them anytime without having events.

And I feel like I need to start training!
