For some reason I was too tired to even do the warm-up well. Maybe because I was getting ready for the long run.

Ok, time to start training for the Lowlander. The course is >12km, but it's Harriman, so if everything goes well I still plan to run at least 20km. It's a little too close to prepare for it and be able to navigate through the whole thing, so here are some options for me:

1. Find a little faster than me person/group running lowlander, keep up with them for as long as I could, and start navigating after falling behind. This should save me some wandering around time.
2. Not follow anyone and quit after I get bored, maybe after max 3hr.
3. Not follow anyone, do the whole thing alone and come back to the finish when everybody is already home eating dinner.

I am afraid I will be doing the #3, but it would be good to be smart and do either #1 or #2.
