Hike 40:00 [1] 2.0 mi (20:00 / mi)

Leisurely dog walk with W in the pack (30+ lbs). Good to check on the status of things. Muscles still tired, ankle pretty sore, quite possibly losing 2 toenails. But good overall.

Trail run 7:35:00 [5] 31.07 mi (14:39 / mi) +4500ft 12:53 / mi

Finished my first ever ultra! Twisted an ankle (old injury) about 2 miles in so was extra happy to have made it to the finish. Overall the race didn’t hurt as much as I feared it would... guess AR is good training. Now it’s beer and bath time.
