62 degrees and half the run in daylight (thanks StrongMachine)! Made up for the mixed trail conditions (some dry/dirt, but mostly ice and melting snow). Still coughing like crazy. Feeling back squats from Monday.

Still coughing but starting to feel a little better.... first trainer ride using TrainerRoad - very fun!! Feel like I could have gone harder but still figuring out the way the program works... Also need to get my bike seat butt back (ouch!).
