Beautiful night for a run/hike at Bradbury. 3x 2 and 4 minute hike ups/run downs with 5 minute recovery between sets. Was supposed to do a 4th set but twisted my ankle badly enough to freak myself out and hobble back to the car. Thankfully a couple hours laters it’s feeling only mildly sore.
