First long run in awhile. 3.5 miles on packed dirt trail, the rest on sidewalks or paved paths. Some SERIOUS head/side/tailwinds throughout the run.

2 sets of 10x30sec sprints with 30sec recoveries. On mostly ice/slushy trails but for one glorious mile it was dry packed dirt..!!!

Rolling hills with 1 min hard (@125%) then 1 min standing every 8 minutes. HR data funky on watch again.

Slow going on super icy trails. Luckily I had my yaktraks but my companions did not. Put some effort in with my 35+ lb W pack on.
