My reluctant return to the bike today, though thankfully felt much better than yesterday. Steady ride with 5min at race effort every 25min. Butt training.
Pyramid intervals (1,2,3,3,4,4,3,3,2,1) then a 35 minute steady interval. Meant to do an additional 10 minutes but the week caught up with me and decided to cut out early.

Trainer “hills”: 2 minutes working up through each of my 11 gears than back down. Cadence had to stay above 75. Couldnt do 11th gear without cadence dropping so had to back off. Sweaty!!! And a bit of a cold, hope that passes.
