More strenuous than this looks :) 5x8min hike ups/run and slide downs, remainder all zones. 45F and sunny for a gorgeous day, though trails soft snow and slush making it quite a workout!

As a side note... tracked both on Garmin watch and Strava. Confirmed for about the 10th time that Garmin underestimates distance. By about .4 miles here. Annoying.
