Stay-at-home got to me this week. Along with a sleep-regressing toddler. Planned for a long run today, went for a long hike with @StrongMachine and our little terrors (Wilder and Mose) instead. Definitely holding the stress in my body so pushing hard is particularly exhausting. A day in the woods was a nice substitution. Hoping next week feels better.
