Wednesday Nov 22

Running 33:00 [2]3.47 mi (9:31 / mi)
shoes: Aasics Gel Trabujo
Gentle run through Meadows, along the Cowgate and back via Bruntsfield. Nice evening and felt fine running at a very gentle pace.

Sunday Nov 19

Running 1:00:00 [3]6.49 mi (9:15 / mi)
shoes: Aasics Gel Trabujo
Nice cold morning with clear sky. Ran to Hannah's football match and then afterwards home via East Craiglockhart Hill and Blackford Hill. Generally good form although pulled a muscle when going fast downhill - seem to be having a bit of a problem on the descents.

Saturday Nov 18

Running 43:00 [1]3.91 mi (10:59 / mi)
shoes: Inov-8 Mudroc 290
Quite a while without any training following a long weekend in Riga and a very busy week at work.

Got out on saturday morning for some technical training with max on Arthurs Seat and then followed him round a CATI event at Craigmiller Castle

Friday Nov 10

Running 37:16 [2]4.14 mi (9:00 / mi)
shoes: Inov-8 Mudroc 290
Gentle run from home and up round the steep bit of the Radical Road. Took it easy but felt good.

Tuesday Nov 7

Running 1:10:39 [4]13.3 km (5:19 / km)
shoes: Aasics Gel Trabujo
Great run. Felt in fine form. Good time but amazed that I did 3 minutes better back in Feb - felt about as good as possible today.

Sunday Nov 5

Orienteering race 1:36:00 [4]*** 10.5 km (9:09 / km) +120m 8:39 / km
spiked:29/29c shoes: RX Terrain - New Balance
Excellent event at which I ran the longest course. Did really well with just a few errors creeping in towards the end.

Wednesday Nov 1

Running 1:15:12 [2]13.3 km (5:39 / km)
shoes: Brooks Adrenaline GTS 5
Horrible run around the Mortonhall route. Legs felt heavy and then collapsed 3/4 way round. Walked a wee bit then recovered. Time was amazingly not my worst but certainly didn't feel good.

Not sure about the shoes - would like a bit more bounce from them.
