SOL6 at Dumyat. Terrible performance. Navigation crap and shoes gave blisters at the heels really quickly.

Two Breweries race - this was a real toughy with challenging ground underfoot and a series of big climbs. Didn't feel I was running terribly well - in fact there was an awful lot of walking. I did however get home faster than a number of people who normally finish ahead of me.

Absolutely fantastic. Made it from foot of radical road to Arthurs Seat summit without pause or walking. Felt really top form which was surprising so soon after very long run on Saturday.

A long run from home to Blackford summit, Braid summit, Mortonhall, Caerketton, Allermuir, down to the reservoir and then back to Bonaly and home. Struggled round pretty slowly and very tired in the latter stages - not terribly impressive. Glorious day.

Long run from home to Caerketton & Allermuir. Very tired to start with so took it very easy walking up all the uphill sections. A bit better on the way back. Feels like I'm a bit of form at the moment.
