3 laps of meadows ; dull dull dull ; not the best of form but still beat PB from April last year by almost a full minute.

Great run this evening. Felt really fit. Blackford hill summit twice. Made it up the steps without stopping.

Followed Max around Day 2 of the Purple Thistle - after his very long "journey" the day before. Tough going most of the way.

Purple Thistle Day 1 - the most challenging navigation I've ever had but amazingly I seemed to hit the targets quite consistently. Never really pushed the speed as I was concentrating on navigation - but really pleased with the performance.

Summit of Arthurs Seat and back. 10 intervals of 40 sec (struggled to keep going that long on the uphills)

First run in almost a week. Good journey out to Mortonhall. Quite hilly but avoided the summits.

Club handicap race. Came near the front - but got a bit lost in the trees.

Walk to Mayar and Driesh with Max. Fabulous day - too hot if anything.
