ESOA Champs at Bowhill Selkirk. Generally quite a good run but with two big mistakes. Quite slow at the start but some good pace in the middle sections. 10th of 15 runners. 160% of winning time.

Wonderful warm sunny evening. Marchmont to the summit of Arthurs Seat. Fabulous views. Excellent. Took it fairly easy but felt fine.

Good run on the roads. Felt fine. Didn't push too hard but moved quite smoothly.

Short recovery run. After feeling bad during a couple of recent outings took it very easy round the Meadows. Felt fine - just the trick. Should build back up gradually over the week and hopefully be back on form for a couple of tough events at the weekend.
