SOSOL 4 at Calder Wood, Livingston. Had an incredibly bad 5th leg when I ran down the wrong river for about 1/2 km and lost around 10 minutes. Otherwise OK but map reading felt really rusty. Running was fine.

Gentle run round the Mortonhall Loop. Took it easy and didn't push myself at all. Felt fine - time wasn't too bad.

The Greenmantle Gallop which must be the wettest muddiest race of the year. Great fun. Oh Yeah - and beat last years time which was really pleasing after the slow time at the Portobello Promathon.

Portobello Promathon - went out aiming to take it fairly easy. Ran fine and felt I had gone reasonably fast. Around 1 minute slower than last year. Gosh - really need to push to get best times now.
