Loch Leven Half Marathon. Tough windy conditions and a hilly course. 9 minutes better than 2 years ago but 4 minutes off personal best at the distance.

Easy run round the mortonhall loop. Left calf a bit suspect to start with but seemed fine as I warmed up. Good steady form - deliberately held back on the pace.

Attempt at a long run but legs were really weak - maybe from O yesterday and also an active morning. Struggled to run and kept it reasonably short although a nice afternoon through Mortonhall etc.

Cati O at Vogrie - proved tougher than expected expecially as I zoomed off far too quickly and the may reading took a real hit. Improved as time passed but was still making too many mistakes. Great fun though.
