Moray Marathon. Good first 13 miles in around 1 hr 50. Struggled a little through to mile 19 dropping pace quite a bit. Miles 19 to 23 were a real struggle. Walked 1/2 mile in mile 23. Recovered energy and had an excellent last 3 miles but just missed the magic 4 hrs.

3 laps of meadows ; dull dull dull ; not the best of form but still beat PB from April last year by almost a full minute.

Great run this evening. Felt really fit. Blackford hill summit twice. Made it up the steps without stopping.
