Tried to do the 1 km Meadows intervals - amazing how slow I went on my own and what a difference it makes when running in company. Ran the first 3 in 4 min 30 when I usually manage around 4 min flat. A bit of sore leg muscle may also have contributed - decided to stop given the weekend races.
