shoes: Mudroc 290
Compass Sport Trophy at North Pentlands. Pretty tough underfoot for much of the course. Quite pleased with the time given the distance and terrain although I was slow relative to normal position.

Slow run home from Dreghorn. Very tired and hungry after the O but kept going, on and off, fairly well.

Walked Max around a Light Green course on Holyrood as he prepares to move up a course. Quite a tough we course that followed the Brown for the first couple of controls.

Run with Max to Pollock Halls and back through as many lanes and alleys we could find.

Tuesday Mar 11

shoes: Asics Gel Mojave
Ran OK with lowered expectations of what I can achieve. Generally quite a smooth run but much slower than I was 18 months ago.
