Easy cycle down to Leith then along route 75 to Balerno. Then into edge of Pentlands and back home. Nice ride with weather just managing to stay quite nice.

Spin class in central london. Not my favourite style of spin session with too much up and down. Hard to tell how hard the effort was but lots of sweat.
