SOSOL 1 - very pleased with the effort today. Took it relatively slow and careful with ice but navigation was very good. I normally have some bad mistakes in the gorse areas but all was very clean today.

Sufferfest - Thin Air. Great session. Coming into it after orienteering it was very pleasing that I got into it and totally nailed the session.

Solid 1 hr session on the Spin Bike. 60 RPM cadence for a hill climb feel and 140 bpm HR. Good session.
