KB 5 Mile Race - tough conditions with snow and slush on the pavements requiring a degree of care in places - probably didn't have a huge impact on running time. Very pleased with time given the conditions.

BP101 - feeling a bit tired going in but all went well - back up to 6 kg squats and it wasn't too bad

Sufferfest Session on Spin Bike - worked well - was probably more a 90% session that 100% but hard to tell on the spin bike. Just right after some hard intervals the day before.
