BB #70 - Really Nice session at the very easy end of the spectrum and all the nicer for it.

Easy jog at comfortable pace to Holyrood Park and Calton Hill. Form was generally fine although legs somewhat stiff after Pump. A bit fatigued by the end - should really have had water, food and pack with me as a proper practice for next weekend.

BP101 - 10th time - had a failed session yesterday when I just bailed after 30 seconds - today was still weak and everything felt hard and missed quite a few reps along the way but more or less made it. Not quite sure why I've been off form. Business work week with a lot of travel maybe. Possible the race on Saturday took something out of me.

Full frontal on WattBike in hotel gym. Unplanned FF so not particularly well prepared for it and it showed. Stronger over 5 sec and 1 min and probably easier to hit high power on the Watt Bike and very poor over 5 min and 20 min probably tiredness, some muscle fatigue from Saturday race and Wattbike less pleasant feel for the long grind.
