Deuchary Hill Canter. Cold temps but glorious sunshine making for perfect conditions. Lovely route. Took it slow and steady at the start - and indeed most of the way round - but running pretty steadily right to the end. Best time yet although I've run a different route every time. Went the wrong way near the end not realising the course has changed.

BP 102 - first time - seemed like a pretty nice release and felt on good form today - chest presses were tough and might feel it across the chest for next few days - missed some of the shoulder work as a result.
