Run Livingston half marathon. Plenty of rest in the run up to this with a pretty easy week. Ran at a steady comfortable pace without really pushing beyond comfort zone until maybe last 3 miles when I started to think about pushing harder and competing. Legs were feeling it by that stage such that there wasn’t a massive extra pace possible. Felt pretty good throughout although it was pretty tough going. A lot of wee ups and downs under and over roads. Pretty pleased with the time.

Low intensity ride out to South Queensferry. Beautiful morning. Tried to use watch to keep HR below 120 bpm but felt that recording was very inaccurate and frequently measuring a lot higher than true.
