Ride from Gifford to White Castle Hill in the Lammermuirs. Decided against longer options - remembering I'm not a huge lover of road rides.

#102 - dropped squats to 5 kg ; pulled out of the back tracks as legs didn't feel up to it and skipped most of the lunges - still lots of tights muscles after half marathon. Feeling OK generally apart from stiffness and very tight calves.
