1 hr moderately easy run around the meadows - although Garmin says I'll need three days to recover. All felt pretty good. Will need to watch the right heel but felt fine throughout the run.

Struggling in the heat. Felt heavy legged to start and eventually gave up after about 35 mins with heat and dehydration. Walked a bit before finishing off with some walk / run efforts.
