Creag Dhuhb Hill Race - decent effort where I worked hard but not too hard. Hot weather made it more challenging and crowds slowed things a little which wasn't a bad thing. Nice race worth doing again. On balance shoes were the right choice.

BB #64 (9th time) - mostly good - some stiffness still in legs from run on Sunday and hip joint didn't like the fireflys.

AVDP - started 80% but dropped to 75 then 70% as the aim was active recovery and would have been too intense otherwise.
