Wednesday Jun 21

Note
Lack of training, have been busy till 8 o clock everynight, always a little reason to stay, therefore i have been training, which is frustrating....
Running (Mental Health) 42:50 [2]6 km (7:08 / km)
shoes: Brooks Adrenaline
easy run in Mt Gambier, big night out tonight

Tuesday Jun 13

Running tempo (Mental Health) 55:30 [3]11 km (5:03 / km) +50m 4:56 / km
slept:4.5 weight:103kg shoes: Brooks Adrenaline
Street jog in Mount Gambier, tried to set a 5min/k pace after the first 10(to sort of warm up after reading the Australian Orienteer), ran from the hotel along Millicent Rd till the Mackers roundabout, past the oval, past the "Lady Nelson" Museum and then back the same way.
26:33 out
28:55 back.
Note
In my current situation, motivation is scarce an elusive, but i have some shiny new warm clothes (warm tights and jacket) and shoes to run in. Feeling fashionable and looking fast are surprisingly good motivators.

Sunday Jun 11

Running long (Bundeena Loop) 1:58:50 [4]
shoes: Brooks Adrenaline
Bundeena Coast Walk and Big Marly and Little Marly Beaches, heaps of wind and some rain, i am soo doing more of these runs, piked to do sand dunes sprints afterwards, but on my defense, all my running gear was soaking wet.
C • back at the Mount 3

Thursday Jun 8

Running hills (Stingers Training) 55:35 [5]
weight:103kg shoes: Brooks Adrenaline
Hill Sprints on Sydney Park, with Phoebe and Ben, 8 reps along the big hill on the north end, with downhill recovery plus 30-60 sec. Felt pretty strong at the beggining...of the first rep.

Monday Jun 5

Orienteering tempo (Stingers Training) 1:15:00 [3]*** 8 km (9:22 / km) +100m 8:49 / km
spiked:28/28c weight:103kg shoes: Brooks Adrenaline
Leg 6 of "Seven Weeks to Jukola" from Artartmon, course set by Andy on the "Artarmon Creek" Street -O map. It was raining and i ran the NOSH yesterday, in a way very good, i feel i am recovering some strength, considering. Felt like that series 24 or batman running on the sewage drains and under train lines. "I can never get the ghosts out of my head... and in these streets we share the same itch, the same despair, the same lonelyness..."

Sunday Jun 4

Running race (Great NOSH foot race) 1:41:52 [5]15 km (6:47 / km) +350m 6:05 / km
slept:7.5 weight:104kg shoes: Brooks Adrenaline
Great North Shore foot race, traditional event held in Sydney's north shore, between Lindfield and Seaforth, through fire trails and single tracks, bloody hard, i am all aching, plus i had to walk a fair bit up some hills, all in all i am so glad i got off my fat ass and did it,
