Orienteering race (Australian Championships) 1:00:00 [3]*** 3.3 km (18:11 / km) +90m 16:00 / km
spiked:6/7c shoes: Brooks Adrenaline
After much mock around i got a way out of that @#$%^& site and got a ticket to Perth. Since i didnt plan the thing i dont have registrations, therefore i am stuck with EOD courses, suits me, i am very unfit and not looking forward for anything more than 5 k. Anyhow i managed to get lost and oh so shocking i DNF'd it, long and vague legs always kill me, basically if i ever overcome it, ill be a true pokemon

Tuesday Sep 26

Running long (Blue Lake loop) 1:07:50 [3]10.5 km (6:28 / km) +150m 6:02 / km
shoes: Brooks Adrenaline
Blue lake loop right after work. There was a couple of runners there so i felt compelled to push. After my saturday fiasco i thought maybe two, as i wasnt feeling bad after the 2nd i did a third.
Splits:
21:29
23:23
22:58

Monday Sep 25

Gym tempo (Upright bike) 48:00 [3]
ahr:135 max:161
Stationary bike on the Gym. Using the Mountain Bike setting takes you through different levels of intensity, its good dumb fun while watching ACA.

Saturday Sep 23

Running tempo (Blue Lake loop) 24:35 [2]3.5 km (7:01 / km)
shoes: Brooks Adrenaline
Back from the dead after the project is on its final stages, Phoebe flew down for the weekend. She of course did 2 loops but i was feeling very second hand. Better than nothing i guess.

Wednesday Sep 6

Note
freak*ng f#ck! everyone is purple or red? what has gone wrong with the world?

Tuesday Sep 5

Running tempo (Training away from home) 44:00 [4]7.2 km (6:07 / km)
shoes: Brooks Adrenaline
I was going to do 3 laps aroun the Blue Lake but yesterday's itchy throat became a sore one today,Not a deep throat infection like Ezy but still, plus it went dark, started raining and blah blah blah. still, very crowded as most ppl walk their dogs around the lake.

Monday Sep 4

Gym tempo (Active 8) 1:00:00 [3]
45 minutes sweating on the bike and about 10 to 15 rowing. The rowing machine blows cold air everytime you pull, which is quite refreshing, too refreshing as i was all sweaty after the bike, which resulted in an itching throat today.

Netball is huge in Mt Gambier, there are 3 indoor courts in the gym which you overlook from the cardio-machines veranda. There is a bit of a league going on, all courts packed till 7:30

Friday Sep 1

Running long (Mount Loop) 1:01:26 [4]10 km (6:09 / km) +150m 5:43 / km
shoes: Brooks Adrenaline
I got new accomodation in Mt Gambier so now i am on Penola Rd instead of Millicent Rd. In other words only 2k of the Crater area instead of 5, so i run along Penola Rd, across downtown up to the Blue lake, and then around the lake (whose rim is far from flat, sigh) and back, quite nice, a bit tired at the end but is definetely my new loop.
