| After much mock around i got a way out of that @#$%^& site and got a ticket to Perth. Since i didnt plan the thing i dont have registrations, therefore i am stuck with EOD courses, suits me, i am very unfit and not looking forward for anything more than 5 k. Anyhow i managed to get lost and oh so shocking i DNF'd it, long and vague legs always kill me, basically if i ever overcome it, ill be a true pokemon | ||

| Blue lake loop right after work. There was a couple of runners there so i felt compelled to push. After my saturday fiasco i thought maybe two, as i wasnt feeling bad after the 2nd i did a third.

| I was going to do 3 laps aroun the Blue Lake but yesterday's itchy throat became a sore one today,Not a deep throat infection like Ezy but still, plus it went dark, started raining and blah blah blah. still, very crowded as most ppl walk their dogs around the lake. | ||

| 45 minutes sweating on the bike and about 10 to 15 rowing. The rowing machine blows cold air everytime you pull, which is quite refreshing, too refreshing as i was all sweaty after the bike, which resulted in an itching throat today.
Netball is huge in Mt Gambier, there are 3 indoor courts in the gym which you overlook from the cardio-machines veranda. There is a bit of a league going on, all courts packed till 7:30 | ||

| I got new accomodation in Mt Gambier so now i am on Penola Rd instead of Millicent Rd. In other words only 2k of the Crater area instead of 5, so i run along Penola Rd, across downtown up to the Blue lake, and then around the lake (whose rim is far from flat, sigh) and back, quite nice, a bit tired at the end but is definetely my new loop. | ||
