| with Phoebe around the Boudhi National Park coastal track. We started at Putty Beach and run/walked all the way up Mt Boudhi and back. Gorgeous sunny day and a dip in the ocean at the end to cool the legs. |

| rode the bike home after someone offered me a lift home last night and i took it. Felt better than yesterday and tried to push up the hills, but at the top of them i would glide down recovering my breath. |

| After last night's run i wasnt sure i was up for it. Needless to say, the jar of HTFU pills seemed to be empty, but one last shake and 1 came out.
Very tired legs all the way and low energy levels meant no pushing up the hills. I am now as flat as the lentil at the bottom of the bag. |

| Fairyland thursday jaunt with Andy, Phoebe, Ben and Glenn. I felt much better than last week. Crisp dry air and clear skies made erfect weather for running i reckon. |

| Fairyland loop with FatRat, Phoebe, andyhill and Seb. We all dug deep to go out in the rain but it was worth it. Lentil soup by the missus was comforting as a tight hug. |

| i felt quite tired at the beggining from the run on sunday. But i had a good serve of sports drink at the 5km mark and felt better immediately. Went slow and steady along roseville bridge and took me about 6 minutes top-bottom-top.
Also less hesitant with a clear route, i am pretty happy with my ride. |

| Went out to do Fairyland loop with Phoebe and a friend, but friend wanted to run for at least 80mins so we went to Lane Cove NP into the Great north walk for a bit and then turned back. I was stuffed so i cut short through golf course. |

| Commute back home in the arvo. Although it was net downhill i had headwind all along and I am not aero dynamic. Still, it was such an easy ride I might make the whole commute in the same day instead of over 2 days like I just did. |

| From Lane cove to Belrose. Went up Mowbray Rd, left at Pacific Hwy (footpath/bikepath) and then right at a rd before Boundary St, that goes parallel all the way down to Parkurst, then Warringa Rd (mostly on footpaths) and then Forest Way, all on road.
Motorists were accomodating this morning, and 3 minutes into the ride i was warm as toast. |

| went for a short jog because i feel ok. Went up to the "unfit" version of the Kincumber Mt loop. I felt ok as long as I didnt push. Lower leg muscles were all sore and achey midway, but that is due to lack of use. |
