Sunday Dec 31

Gym (couldnt be bothered doing) 55:00 [3]
Did 35min of bike and 20 minutes on a trendmill. I hate trendmills, really mess up my sense of balance when i get off one and walking like i have some kind of dog disease.

Bean an Beer pie for dinner courtesy of Mace.

Saturday Dec 30

Cycling (leisurely ride) 1:30:00 [3]
Leasure bike ride starting from Newtown, through Redfern and the city, along Kent St and into the Harbour Bridge, across to Kiribilly where i ran into this guy from work who insisted me to check his house. Granted, he has a great view, but he was so up himself about it that i felt compelled to play it down by appearing mildly interested and not bothered to pull my camera out and take pictures.

Then back across the bridge again through the city and Darling Harbour, Union St into the Anzac Bridge, crossed the bridge and i was going to go to Birkenhead point but my romp was asking for a break. So i headed home through annandale. Quite a nice day for it as well, gotta do it again with the Missus

Friday Dec 29

Gym (Cardio Workout) 1:00:00 [3]
We were going to run around Centennial Park but it was a tad thunderstormy so someone which i'd rather not mention crawled into bed losing all motivation.

20 minutes bike
30 minutes cross trainer
10 minutes rowing machine.

Lentil indian curry with brown rice for dinner, mmmhh.

Wednesday Dec 27

Cycling 10:00 [2]
To and from Victoria park pool. I used to catch a bus, but am reading a stirring book on global issues

Swimming (Pseudo Physio) 50:00 [3]
After a minor bodysurfing incident on boxing day, my back has felt a bit weird, so i've decided to improve its health by taking on a bit of swimming. This is also good for my aerobics, lower back, and gosh its heaps of effort because i am only learning to breathe and stuff. Sugar cane Prawns and noodles for dinner.

Monday Dec 25

Running (Xmas run) 31:00 [3]
shoes: Brooks Adrenaline
Nice morning jog with the clan, before opening pressies. From the Terrigal Surf Club along the road past Wamberal surf club and back.

There was a pool of blood on the sidewalk with a psycho police officer barricading it. the whole area smelt like decomposition.

Came home to nice eggs and bacon for breakfast, with heaps of Barbecue sauce.

Sunday Dec 24

Running (Kincumber Mountain) 40:00 [3]
shoes: Brooks Adrenaline
Easy jog on a lazy sunday mornig, felt crap at the beggining, specially because its all uphillbut i reckon i can start rebuilding my base load, and hopefully i'll finish my races in the stingers 5 days. Back to some mango, strawberries, muesly and yogurt for breakfast and one (1) mince pie. there is so much food, so nice and within reach, its going to be a bit hard to keep urges at bay.
Running (Easy Jog) 22:00 [3]2.5 km (8:48 / km)
shoes: Brooks Adrenaline
Easy jog, for Julian, down from the Dents place to the oval, where i did 4 laps, and i am so glad i did, for starters, i wasnt at all as sore as i thought i would, second, i am definetely beating the candyman for this week, and also it lowers the guilt factor for that home baked shortbread that is calling me to get of the net and start enjoying christmas!!!
