Found a new loop around the back of the golf course all the way to a scenic drive along the reefs. Very nice, i like.

plodding along at 6 AM in the morning. I repeat, i am NOT a morning person.

20 mins Cardio in recumbent bike (target hr 154)
20 mins Fat burning in cross trainer (target hr 125...booring)
10 mins pushups and ab crunches.

i went for a short jog but i felt really good so i decided to go down the valley lake road before going around the blue lake. It was pretty good as the valley lake is a crater with heaps of dry flat land that is now forest, unlike the Blue lake which is a straight cliff to the water along the whole rim. pushed hard and felt good.

Back in the mount, not loving it, went for a quick jog. although i had fast food for dinner, i didnt feel so fast. Hopefully i will have more training opportunities during site work.

optimistically got up at 6am to go for a quick run, but so many physiological factors prevented me from acomplishing a solid training session.

I am not a morning person and and walked the way home. :(

As the name indicates, Run on the single track between Spit Bridge and Manly. Ben, Mace and Phoebe came and in single file we jogged along. the first section is quite nice because its smooth slopes and fine landscape, afterwards you climb and climb and climb to a lookout, which made Phoebs and me to turn back after 35 minutes or so. Had a power gel at the start to make up for the lack of breakfast and i think it was perfect timing.
