| Macquarie Uni sprint map set by Fat Rat, with NSWStinger, peterprong and Phoebe. Composed 4 legs of 5 controls each, but Phebs and I skipped one of each to keep up with the semi retired elites. Really fun, didnt realise until this morning we were out for a whole hour. Felt a bit slow at the beggining, good in the middle and flat in the end. |

| Hills intervals with Phoebe, FatRat and Peterprong. Did 7 intervals and it was toughert on the heart than on the legs. Calfs a bit burning but thighs were responding, it was the ticker and the lungs that didnt want to make the distance. Also, my mom sent me some compression socks that i am wearing now, hopefully to prevent varicose veins, i just like to think is speeding my recovery. |

| i DNF, in short, because i CBF. It took me about 27 minutes to the firsr control, mostly because i stayed low and i rolled my ankles like 20 times in those bloody rocks. After much profanity in as many languages i could remember i lost all interest in the race when Mark Freeman told me where 4 was. |

| My training is starting to pay off and even though i am still bemused by the rock i managed to recover both times i was lost witihin 8 minutes or so. Its pretty hard but i am a big boy now, and i think i can call myself an orienteering "aficionado" |

| 20 mins or so of bike, 20 mins or so of elliptical, and i was only doing about 10 of rowing, because im not sure if i do properly so i dont want to hurt my back, but then they played survivalism and rowed till the end. i think i will do som e more rowing. |

| Its back! and meaner than ever. In Sydney Park with Ben, Phoebe, Ezy and the delectable inflatable Prong. Phoebe traced a bit of a course in the old Landfill map and Ben managed to break it into 3 little sections. I had heaps of control flow and all that rubbish but i also managed to push up all the hills, to the point that, later that night, i almost spew the Spag Bol i made. |

| Up the mountain from the inlaws place, i had a big burger for lunch and it had me in stitches all over. Painful and crap, but the weather was great. |

| Short Loop at work, i felt like a pancake, really hot and flat. I think is mostly crap breakfast (large flat white and banana bread) no water during the morning and not enough sleep.
I think i need a pair of jury duty homer specs for the rest of the work day. |

| Went around the park for a social run with Phoebe and her friend Erin. Legs felt really heavy but still managing to maintain pace. Funny i always thought the place is pretty flat but now i could feel the uphill burden and downhill relief. Pushed for the last 10 minutes and surprisingly the legs responded... next time i'll test for how long. |

| Woodford To Glenbrook with Phoebe and a work mate. Quite a leisurely ride but we still took less than last time we did it. We also did some single trails from the end of the track till the road to the gorge. They are awesome fun! |

| Went on the fire tracks near the office at lunch time. Felt pretty good for the first 20 minutes, which were mostly downhill, then on the way back mostly uphill i felt heaps more bothered. Yet the difference is only 2 minutes more, so i guess I "cope". |

| Went for a jog qith Phoebe and i felt so strong at the beggining that i pushed a fair bit. THis woke up Phoebe's legs who after 20 minutes kept the pace while i was stuffed.
Didnt enjoy it and i feel crap now. |
