Running 48:33 [3]

fairyland loop feeling quite under the weather, although we were spared from the hailstorm, we saw it coming on the horizon on our jog back. Home made friands and home made pizza did hit the spot afterward.

Orienteering (O intervals) 40:00 [3]
shoes: Brooks Adrenaline GTS 7
O ints in chatswood west with Ben, Prong, Seb and Phoebe (course setter). Wet and cold conditions didn't impede the fun. It was in my opinion a bit long so i cut short the last bit.

Con Pollo, Great value and regular veg for dinner after, such a treat.

Thursday Jul 10

Note
i have been feeling quite tired and today i have a headache. I might not train at all, because i think i have been battling a virus without knowing it...
Running 40:00 [3]
shoes: Brooks Adrenaline GTS 7
After an entire week been a slack and an eerie feeling of a cold coming, i was uneasy about going out for a run. It turned out to be ok...
Orienteering (Blackman Park) 40:00 [3] *
shoes: Brooks Adrenaline GTS 7
...but the orienteering was good!. Granted, it was a city* map, with some city* bush, but running with a map is not city* at all.

Kudos to FatRat for kickstarting the thursday o-ints.

*say it like "city" wok from South Park.

Friday Jul 4

Cycling (commute) 1:10:00 [3] 18.1 km (3:52 / km)
shoes: Brooks Adrenaline GTS 7
Very tired after yesterday's run, I set off under a cover of menacing clouds. Legs were grumpy on every incline but ceded to their duty after the Roseville bridge.

I escaped the morning shower over Belrose by 5 minutes!, lucky.
Cycling (commute) 1:00:00 [3] 18.3 km (3:17 / km)
shoes: Brooks Adrenaline GTS 7
my head and feet felt quite cold on this ride, the wind was very chilly. Might get a bandana or something for the next cold ride.

Thursday Jul 3

Running (Fairyland) 50:00 [3]
shoes: Brooks Adrenaline GTS 6
with Skydiver, Young Gun, Future Dad and Summer Boy. Skydiver set a good pace (for me) and i was very happy to keep up almost the entire way.

Wednesday Jul 2

Swimming (Lane Cove pool) 24:00 [3]
With Ben, Ezy and Seb on Lane Cove pool. Did 24 laps (25m) and then 2 pool walking. The highlight of the morning was sitting in the spa with the Sunrise over North Sydney skyline.
Running tempo 41:00 [3]
shoes: Brooks Adrenaline GTS 7
with workmates at a reasonable pace. I have a renewed interest in getting at least 1 person in the office to go to an orienteering event, as there are a few new runners.
