Monday Jun 5

Orienteering tempo (Stingers Training) 1:15:00 [3]*** 8 km (9:22 / km) +100m 8:49 / km
spiked:28/28c weight:103kg shoes: Brooks Adrenaline
Leg 6 of "Seven Weeks to Jukola" from Artartmon, course set by Andy on the "Artarmon Creek" Street -O map. It was raining and i ran the NOSH yesterday, in a way very good, i feel i am recovering some strength, considering. Felt like that series 24 or batman running on the sewage drains and under train lines. "I can never get the ghosts out of my head... and in these streets we share the same itch, the same despair, the same lonelyness..."
