Saturday Nov 11

Note
went on a bit of a bender last night, south australian Pints are deceiving. My head feels like it was used as a ball for a Rugby League final.

Friday Nov 10

Gym (In the Mount) 1:00:00 [3]
cardio is my mantra, half hour on the bike and 25 minutes on the cross trainer. Did a bit of weight lifting but mostly for vanity

Wednesday Nov 8

Orienteering race (Sydney Summer Series) 45:34 [3]*
spiked:13/30c shoes: Brooks Adrenaline
West Chatswood, My first of the year. Felt a bit tired from tuesdays hill sprints but i think im getting better because i tried to go for the big ones (30pts) and if possible catch small ones on the way. Although i was running at about 8min/k i managed to get over 300 points. My back is a bit sore this morning so i definetely need some lower back strengthening.

Tuesday Nov 7

Running hills (Stingers Training) 48:38 [4]
shoes: Brooks Adrenaline
Ben, Andy, Phoebe, Josefine from Sweden and I went to the old landfill that is Sydney Park for a couple of hill reps. I was a complete slog, possibly because at work they serve krispy kreme doughnuts and i pulled a full on Homer Simpson.

7 reps at medium to mild speed, but the ticker was at its max. Had to resort to B grade bootcamp style peps.

Monday Nov 6

Gym (Newtown Gym) 52:30 [3]
pretty lazy workout on the xtrainer, plus i saw that santa futurama episode already. pity im getting into training regime again and i have to go to s(h)ite
