Orienteering race (Easter in SA) 1:29:03 [3]*** 5.2 km (17:08 / km) +225m 14:05 / km
After the day before's race i wasnt sure i was racing or not. But i woke up feeling ok so i did race. I walked most of it but i guess it helped my back rather than anything else.

Saturday Apr 7

Orienteering race (Easter in SA) 10:00 [3]1 km (10:00 / km)
A total disaster. i was running M21AS but my back felt a bit tight from the day before. The same bloody injury i had in Perth, some muscle that goes from the back under the groin to the hip. I was very sore into the race and that contributed to getting lost much easier. Had to walk back in shame
