A bag of dirty laundry dissapeared of my hotel room so i had to run on cotton tshirts, which was fine because it was very cold. Went for a quick loop when i realised i was doing quite a respectable pace, and since i was feeling allright, i just kept going for a second loop around the blue lake. The air was clear, the night was starry and the second loop it was way slower, but i guess it will benefit my endurance. ON the way back i was still feeling ok so i was thinking "what a good run, and also probably they did my laundry for me" so i went to reception and yes, they had taken it to the dry cleaners, but it was no favor, unless you consider getting charged 75 bucks a favor.

feeling just a tad dizzy afterwards, not discomfort but lightheaded.

another standar Blue lake loop in hope to prevent (or slow down) the deterioration of my fitness. Back feels tip top.
