Running hills (Kincumber Mountain) 27:36 [4]

Up the mountain from the inlaws place, i had a big burger for lunch and it had me in stitches all over. Painful and crap, but the weather was great.
Running warm up/down (Kincumber Mountain) 19:32 [3]

From the top back down to the house, quite more of a relief, recovered a bit and feel much better now.

With co worker B who is trying to regain (or gain??) his fitness. So we took it very slow and i was happy with that. I think if this becomes regular i will do a hard training the night before and make this one the recovery.

NIN at luna Park. Man it was perfect timing to get my ticket from lazydave who made it just in time for the show. Missed opening act, but who cares. Great sound, heaps of classics, and an almost impecable performance by Reznor et al

Tuesday May 8

Running (Mona Vale Loop 1) 37:52 [3]
Short Loop at work, i felt like a pancake, really hot and flat. I think is mostly crap breakfast (large flat white and banana bread) no water during the morning and not enough sleep.

I think i need a pair of jury duty homer specs for the rest of the work day.
