| i DNF, in short, because i CBF. It took me about 27 minutes to the firsr control, mostly because i stayed low and i rolled my ankles like 20 times in those bloody rocks. After much profanity in as many languages i could remember i lost all interest in the race when Mark Freeman told me where 4 was. |

| My training is starting to pay off and even though i am still bemused by the rock i managed to recover both times i was lost witihin 8 minutes or so. Its pretty hard but i am a big boy now, and i think i can call myself an orienteering "aficionado" |

| 20 mins or so of bike, 20 mins or so of elliptical, and i was only doing about 10 of rowing, because im not sure if i do properly so i dont want to hurt my back, but then they played survivalism and rowed till the end. i think i will do som e more rowing. |

| Its back! and meaner than ever. In Sydney Park with Ben, Phoebe, Ezy and the delectable inflatable Prong. Phoebe traced a bit of a course in the old Landfill map and Ben managed to break it into 3 little sections. I had heaps of control flow and all that rubbish but i also managed to push up all the hills, to the point that, later that night, i almost spew the Spag Bol i made. |
