| From the hills back to Lindfield. Felt better than on the way there, considering garment options for winter runs. |

| Hills intervals with Phoebe, FatRat and Peterprong. Did 7 intervals and it was toughert on the heart than on the legs. Calfs a bit burning but thighs were responding, it was the ticker and the lungs that didnt want to make the distance. Also, my mom sent me some compression socks that i am wearing now, hopefully to prevent varicose veins, i just like to think is speeding my recovery. |
