| was cold and feeling fat so i went for a jog. It was most pleasant and while i am still warm i will crawl into bed. Google pedometer route
It also helped me clear out this arvo's frustrations with the VOTF thing and focus on the positives. We still have 3 weeks to sort out the quirks and have a spotless presentation in JWOC. |

| 25 minutes bike, 20 minutes rowing machine and 5 minutes running in the treadmill. Some spicy lentil soup and toast afterwards mmmm... |

| went for a jog, and i was really slow and stiff (due to the lack of physical activity). A most challenging effort to psyche myself up. i am very tired (worked all weekend), i was hungry and when i got home, Phoebe had some lebanese bread, babaganouge dip and James Squire amber ales in the fridge. But i did change my clothes and went out.
For the first time ever my ITB hurt so much i had to stop and stretch it. felt ok after that |
