tough session with NSW Stinger, peterprong and Mace. Very cold evening and i was only one call from piking. Of course, we were pushed out by the person with the most guts. Mace.

Heaps of effort and a bit of pain. Did the long hill in Lindfield, of which i took a short version of.

went with another coworker, who despite havent been running for 2 weeks, smoking and drinking still kicked my ass for like almost 2 minutes. It was heaps faster than usual and i was buggered. I also feel the onset of a cold.

There is though a slight difference between us, he is 78kg. i need to loose some serious kg.
