Flat Time trial in terrigal. During the whole way i was feeling good for a km and pushing and then shit for another and recovering. All in all, i tried to maintain a pace, which is my race/warm up/cruise/all purpose pace, which i did. There is another trial like this one in November, see how i do then. (PB is 52 mins btw)

Running (Wakehurst Pkway loop) 46:00 [3]
Best excusrion so far. I am really close to the last straight bit of the NOSH race towards Seaforth, quite a pleasant run with views and stuff. I think it will become one of the regular ones, great views and stuff. No pedometer because i was beating around the bushes for a bit.
C • Make sure you stop 2

Tuesday Jul 24

Running (Warringah Rd Loop) 43:02 [3]6.81 km (6:19 / km) +50m 6:06 / km
shoes: Brooks Adrenaline GTS 6
Went for another reconnaissance jog (god i love this firefox spell check). This time along a main road, mainly because it was dark and i didn't feel creative. I did when i got to beacon hill, because you can see the ocean, and its not far all the way down to the beach.

So one sat or sun, ill pack a bag, run all the way down to Dee Why, have a splash on the beach, fish and chips and catch the bus home. Who wants to come?
C • I want to come! Dee Why is a cool beach. 2
