| Pedometer Route This run is called Crommity hill, which i avoided. It took me ages to settle into a rhythm cause body refused to wake up. When it did, i had to go for a pit stop. Out of it i piked on the big hill and just did the small one just before going into the flat section along the beach. Then i felt like i should be pushing harder!!, cant win!. Need a method to pace myself better. |

| dont know what got into me, but i went for a jog along a pipeline that leads to warringa rd. Very slow and the back pulled juuust a bit. Felt better at the end for some reason. |

| i pushed today, and it wasnt for long, but i felt quite ok. The treshold was side pain, which i felt mostly uphill.
