| A pretty good race down Quanbeyan way. It wasnt very physical although i didnt take it that hard. I am pretty happy with my navigation in terms of staying "in the map" i made mistakes, but i was quickly realising it and relocating. It makes things so much more enjoyable.
Couple of times i didnt run in the direction i planned to, either because of sloppines, vegetation or distraction.

| Running hills (Stingers Training) 38:24 [5] | ||
| shoes: Brooks Adrenaline GTS 7 | ||
| On Observatory Hill with Ezy, Prong and NSW Stinger.
Did 6 full reps, at about 5 minutes each up and back down. After that, 8 mins or so of warm down. My calves might explode any minute. We are almost certain that the houses on the right, after the big set of stairs, is a crackhouse. Prong was impressive.

| Running tempo (LFRC) 41:10 [4] | ||

| Semi periodic run with Ezy, beat my pb. Whenever i run, i try to push uphill and then recover from the top, this time i was pushing after the uphill trying to figure out how fast can i whilst catching my breath, i think my body is learning how to run.
Awesome potato pie and salad for dinner.
