trail running (easy) 41:00 [1] 3.2 mi (12:49 / mi) +290m 10:00 / mi
shoes: Inov8 X Talon 200

Bit of a disaster......

2 miles in to an easy run with the dog I turned my ankle forwards again and my body weight went straight through causing immediate shout out loud pain followed by a big FUCCCCCCCCCCKK...

luckily its only ever me and the dog in these woods so limping home in anger wasn't too embarrassing

It was on easy runnabe ground so after Friday it was gutting...

This time the pain did ease but no way I could run on it........

Sore to touch right on the talus bone area from then and through the foot.

Anterior talofibular ligament??

It fucking hurt anyway.

From what I know that ligament helps pick up the foot on the swing phase of running (i think) so makes sense to why i have done it three times now even on easy ground.
