Enjoying the Wednesday sessions...
This one was on quiet lanes which has a big dip in them meaning I could do one rep up one side then recover and up the other side with one being steeper than the other.
After the reps are all done I seem to have a bit of a spring in my step for the final 20 mins...prob just the endorphin's but means I finish the session well.
