First time the temp has really dropped but bright sunshine still so arm warmers and gloves were enough to stay warm.
Few icy puddles on the canal path but nothing to worry about...
Felt relaxed and good throughout really and had to take care not to drift in to pushing a little too hard with the pace consistently at the low end of the range without any struggle.
