WU - 10km TEMPO - CD

Did 18 minute warm up, felt good in shorts and t shirt for a change.

Found 3'45'' pace tough if I am honest but 3' 50'' OK..

Spring was back in my step but just felt weak, think I got nutrition wrong the day before if i am honest, out for Charlottes Birthday lunch then skipped evening meal because I was stuffed.

Anyway...

Felt better actually after 6km but the last 1km was v hard work.

Bit disappointing with how i felt but got it done...
